Manual Handling

In compliance with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, this vital course for anyone who engages in any form of manual handling. Delegates will learn about the injuries that can be sustained through poor manual handling techniques, including how to avoid them. The course has both theoretical and practical elements
